Individual And Group Services
Life can invite us to change or it can force us into a crucible of change. Either way, whether gentle or intense, if you are there, I am here to help.
From individual therapy sessions to facilitated educational training to community cohorts, it is my privilege to provide a safe compassionate space to explore the issues in your life that cause suffering and help you gain insight into ways to make change.
Individual Therapy Sessions
Let’s be curious about your life.
I am knowledgeable and practiced in my craft and use a myriad of health modalities. I am clinically trained to look at symptoms and try to understand what is going on in terms of development, childhood experiences, neurology, attachment, trauma. Current brain science tells us that the brain is continually changing until the day we die. This is brain plasticity. The therapy relationship builds new neurology and this can be the basis of change in your life.
I offer in-person or telehealth individual therapy for emerging adults and adults.
Pricing:
Initial Intake: $225
55-minutes session: $185
45-minute session: $155

With over 10 years of working in grief and loss, I draw from a breadth of knowledge and experience. I have worked with complicated grief, traumatic loss, child loss, spouse loss, parent loss, infertility, miscarriage, survivors of suicide, drug overdose, chronic illness, aging and end of life caregiving. It is my honor to hold space for you as you grieve, help you gain understanding into how you can begin to move through your grief and have insight into what is helpful or comforting. I am here for you.

Trauma-informed practice is key in my work with clients. Living a human life is challenging and we all live through difficult things that leave us wounded and changed. Whether it is a significant trauma or smaller wounds, looking at our experiences with a trauma lens helps us understand how we see the world and why we think the way we do. This all affects how we react to new life situations. With these insights we can shift our core beliefs and reactions. I am here to walk through this with you.

Change is a part of being human. We can't avoid it. Job change, marriage, the birth of children, divorce, retirement. These transitions can be overwhelming or bring up old behavior patterns. Even positive change can involve difficult emotions and uncertainty. Young adults graduating from college would tell you that. Spend some time on a college campus during the move in day and you will see this. My work as a therapist is to provide support as you navigate you recent transition and provide a space to gain insight and learn skills to manage this time in your life.

Is depression keeping you from living the life you want? Are you having difficulty navigating the responsibilities of your life and find you have no time to care for yourself? I work with clients to help them understand the neurology of anxiety and depression to better develop coping skills and self care that support the brain and mind. We will look at beliefs and values, past experiences and patterns to gain insight into how this is affecting life satisfaction.

Quarterly Retreats
Connection and Renewal
Friday, January 17, 2025 9:30am - 4pm
Join others for a day of renewal and exploration.
Take time to step back from your work for self-reflection and to be in community. Move through nature, drop into your body, explore ideas and nurture yourself. Step back and notice. Take a mindful pause to open to your authentic self and notice what your heart and spirit need.
This retreat will be a fusion of self-exploration, being in nature, art, mindfulness activities, playfulness and presentation. Using the Anchored Relational model as a framework, we will explore how to access our dignity (our most resourced self) and gain insight into values that shape us.
