I provide individual therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults for a variety of mental health and personal concerns.

I offer in-person and telehealth appointments.

Life Transitions

Change is a part of being human. We can't avoid it. These transitions can be overwhelming and at times it is helpful to work with a therapist to help understand what is going on and how to adjust. Even positive change can bring difficult emotions and uncertainty. Young adults graduating from college would tell you that. Parents know it isn't easy to adjust to children leaving the home for college or having a new baby. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with such transitions.

Grief and Loss

Grief and loss touches everyone at some point in life and can be experienced in a multitude of ways and life events. As a grief therapist it is my honor to hold space for you as you grieve, help you gain understanding into how can begin to move through your grief and have insight into what is helpful or comforting.  I have experience working with complicated grief, traumatic loss, child loss, spouse loss, parent loss, infertility, miscarriage, chronic illness, and end of life caregiving.

As humans we are social beings, and relationships are a key part of life. We all have patterns of being and relating that are getting in the way of having fulfilling relationships. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help identify what is getting in the way of having the kinds of relationships they want.

Anxiety and Depression

Life can feel impossible with an anxious mind or depressed being. I work with people to develop coping skills and self care that include cognitive tools, exercise, doing things they love, and mindfulness activities.
